Primary Function Develops policy and directs/coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.
Writes directives advising department managers of Company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits.
Consults legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with federal and state law.
Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs.
Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization.
Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
Writes and delivers presentations to upper management or government officials regarding human resources policies and practices.
Oversees recruiting, testing, and selection process to fill vacant positions.
Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment.
Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization. Administers salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organization.
Administers benefits programs such as life, health, and dental insurance, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.
Investigates accidents and prepares reports for insurance carrier. Coordinates Safety Committee meetings.
Conducts wage surveys within labor market to determine competitive wage rate.
Prepares budget of human resources operations.
Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation.
Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
Contracts with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as temporary employees.
Essential and other important responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Directs classification plans and programs, coordinates preparation of position descriptions, and oversees job evaluations.
Administers and interprets various labor agreements, administers grievance procedures; provides labor relations support during contract negotiations; acts as a liaison between department managers and union representatives; provides advice and counsel to managers and supervisors regarding personnel practices, policy, and employment laws; administers unemployment insurance processes; reviews liability reports and monitors program costs; and recommends policy changes to the Director of Human Resources.
Directs the development of staffing strategies; develops and builds hiring processes for a variety of levels from temporary staffing to executive placement; develops, streamlines and enhances staffing systems, tracking reporting, and analysis; leads sourcing and recruiting initiatives and processes to leverage networking and employee referrals; manages college relations and oversees various sourcing and internship programs; manages relocation, immigration and other responsibilities related to staffing administration; ensures compliance with all state and federal discrimination and employment regulations.
Ability to manage and administer a broad range of tasks including resolving complaints, counseling managers and employees on the interpretation of policies, procedures and union agreements.
Knowledge of the principles and practices human resources management and supervision in a union environment.
Ability to prepare written reports and correspondences, and presentations to senior leadership as required.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships internally and externally.
Extensive knowledge of applicable state and federal employment and labor laws and governmental compliance requirements, knowledge of immigration laws and processes a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Extensive knowledge of information technology, including hardware and software applications, used in the Human Resources function.
Proven leadership.
Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.
Ability to maintain physical condition and stamina appropriate to the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities which may include sitting for extended periods of time and operating assigned office equipment, and other duties as assigned.
Educational and
   or Experience Requirements
Possession of a Bachelors Degree, preferably in Human Resources Management of related field, possession of a Masters Degree preferred and three to five years of experience at a management or senior administrative level with emphasis on employee/labor relations. Territory Manager (3 positions)

Primary Function Kioti is recruiting for 3 positions in the following territories: New England States; Southeast Region (FL, GA, AL) & Western Region (AZ, NM, CA, NV)
Responsible for promoting and selling the Kioti Equipment line through our dedicated dealer organization. Each TM will be responsible for a specific territory as outlined by the National Sales Manager. Territory assignment may be apt to change if business needs require.
Duties and Responsibilities -Monthly and Yearly Sales Forecast by dealership by territory
-Input on monthly, quarterly and yearly sales programs
-Market trends and projections
-Manage dealer network in their assigned territory
-Promote growth with existing dealers
-Secure new dealers
-Purge poor performing dealers
-Dealer inventory accuracy
-Dealership physical inventories as required
-Management of budget
-Weekly expenses reports
-Manage demonstration equipment accounts
-Assist Credit Manager with collections as required
-Report competitive information and programs to Kioti management
-Assist with national and regional trade shows as required
-Weekly and monthly reporting
-Weekly field trip reports submitted with each expenses report
-Whole sale and retail sales
-Monthly and rolling twelve-month Forecast
-Other reports as management request
Educational and
   or Experience Requirements
High school diploma. College degree in business or related field plus. Minimum of 3 years experience in similar industry and like position. Must be willing to travel as road warrior of up to 90%.
Accounting Manager

Primary Function Responsible for overall management of accounting functions and accounting staff.
Duties and Responsibilities • Responsible for directing and coordinating the work of a number of accounting administrators in all aspects of accounting including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and various detailed analyses.
• Prepare Sales and Use Tax returns.
• Maintain detailed fixed asset lists.
• Responsible for daily cash management reporting.
• Prepare month end and year end account reconciliations.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
Educational and
   or Experience Requirements
• Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work and interact with departments throughout the organization.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of GAAP
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic SL ( Solomon).
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Power point.
• BS Degree in Accounting
• Five to ten years experience in all aspects of accounting and be well versed in issues encountered by Controllers.
• Proven Supervisory experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
Knowledge and experience with the following computer applications: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Solomon, CRM and other applications are plus.
