Primary Function Responsible for establishing vision and setting priorities for all maintenance activities concerning KIOTI properties. Balance environmental, health and safety components for our facilities. Oversee every aspect of the office requirements to insure employee productivity. Manage any projects involving designing, construction or changing any KIOTI properties. Participate on any taskforce or committee that is requested of me. Make sure that all incoming and outgoing mail is handled per company policies.
Duties and Responsibilities o Design policies and procedures required for KIOTI facilities.
o Manage company assets – includes buildings, autos, grounds, etc¡|
o Maintain necessary insurances on company property.
o Develop and maintain emergency/disaster preparedness and recovery plans.
o Administrator for the following systems:
1. Telephone System
2. Alarm System
3. Security Badges
o Oversee the following:
1. Landscaping
2. Janitorial Services
3. Furniture Needs
4. Coffee, water and vending services
5. Office Plants
o Prepare budget for the department
o Prepare cost estimates for projects as needed
Educational and
   or Experience Requirements
Requirements:
A minimum of 4 yrs exper. Facilities management, preferably in multiple locations

Exper. With space configurations (cubicles)

Previous experience with contractors, including scheduling to meet staffing deadlines

Knowledge of budget planning

Knowledge of budget planning, forecasting, and execution

Knowledge of all aspects of facilities design, construction, planning and maintenance

Exceptional written/verbal communication skills and problem solving skills

The ability to work with and communicate effectively with senior management.

Marketing Coordinator

Primary Function Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the planning and execution of tradeshows and other special events. Although primary, duties are not limited to these areas and include other functions as required by Marketing Manager. Minimum Qualifications are a four year degree or equivalent work experience with a background in sales, marketing and public relations.
Duties and Responsibilities 1. Coordinate and furnish advertising materials to all publications with agreed upon scheduled insertions
2. Special events coordinator
a. Trade shows
i. Institute planning and follow through on all arrangements including contract negations for display space and special needs or requirements.
ii. Order and coordinate all machine fit-up and shipment to shows.
iii. Plan display layout and execute agreed upon presentation prior to show opening
b. Special Meetings
i. Dealer Meetings
ii. Marketing/Company functions
c. Special Projects
i. Oversee and coordinate grant tractor and lease tractor advertising/promotional programs
ii. Oversee all logistical matters regarding transportation
3. Coordinate machines, personnel and locations for photo shoots.
4. Assist with new dealer contacts and materials
5. Assist with marketing materials, co-op advertising review and vendor relations including contract negations.
6. Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
7. Ability to think outside the box.
8. Create promotional material and work with outside vendors such as graphic designers, printers, photographers to make sure all communications reflect the standards of KIOTI.
9. Prepare and distribute communications and promotional materials.
10. News Releases
11. Build relationships between company and media, local community, civic organizations.
12. Attend training seminars
13. Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point software packages; marketing and desktop software program proficiency is a plus.

Collections Assistant

Primary Function The Collections Assistant is responsible for collecting any past due accounts of Kioti, and approving parts and Kioti in-house wholegoods orders. This position is also responsible for reviewing reports and sending to GE as appropriate for monitoring SOT (Sold out of Trust Equipment ) ie. the registered not paid report, and any other reports that are developed for this purpose. They are responsible for monitoring the status of terminated dealers, and working with the Territory Managers and the National Sales Manager on the various issues of the dealers, and trying to resolve these issues.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Calling and collecting any and all invoices that are 30 days and older past due.
• Working closely with Territory Managers and the National Sales Manager, as well as other departments to resolve dealer issues.
• Maintaining a current status of the dealer terminations.
• Prepare curtailment schedules for past due customers accounts
• Report to Management monthly on the Accounts Receivable aging numbers and any other report that Management needs to review the Aging.
• Assist in researching accounting and collection issues of customers accounts
