KIOTI Tractor, a Division of Daedong USA, Inc., announced on 1-22-08 at their North American Dealer Meeting, the launch of their new 4-Year Full-Fleet Warranty. While KIOTI has had a 4-year warranty in place since February 15, 2006, this original warranty was geared towards tractors purchased for non-commercial use only, covering all parts and labor costs for drive line and engine component failures that occurred due to defective materials or workmanship within the first 48 months of ownership.
The new KIOTI warranty unveiled today has been enhanced to cover owners who use their KIOTI tractor/s for commercial purposes as well. The previous warranty covered the engine and driveline components for up to 36 months or 2,000 hours of commercial use. The new 4-Year Full-Fleet Warranty extends commercial use coverage to 48 months and eliminates all hourly usage ceilings for coverage eligibility within the first four years. By removing the maximum hours covered by the warranty, all those who purchase a KIOTI tractor will have few worries about unexpected repair costs, regardless of the tractors use, during the first four years of ownership.
