KIOTI Enhances Product Support Team
With New Hire David Pettus
Wendell, North Carolina – KIOTI Tractor is pleased to announce the addition of David Pettus to their product support team. Pettus will be responsible for assisting KIOTI dealers with telephone technical support and warranty claims from KIOTI¡?s corporate offices in Wendell, North Carolina. His territory of responsibility includes those dealers in the states of Utah, Colorado, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, South Carolina and Georgia.
Pettus comes to KIOTI Tractor with over 20 years experience in the technical support and service arenas. Over the course of his career, Pettus has gained an in depth background in diesel fuel injection systems on trucks, tractors and other agricultural equipment. He holds 5 certifications for servicing diesel equipment from Pitt Community College in Greenville, North Carolina.
Pettus¡? main responsibilities at KIOTI will be providing dealer telephone support, assistance with technical issues and product systems training. In addition, he will be responsible for the oversight and administration of KIOTI¡?s industry-leading 4-Year, Full-Fleet Warranty for those dealers in his territory.
Prior to going live on the phone, Pettus completed KIOTI¡?s rigorous 6-week product support training course. ¡°David¡?s addition to our team will allow us to continue to provide outstanding telephone support for the growing number of KIOTI tractors in North America,¡± states Michael McChargue, Manager of Product Support for KIOTI. ¡°His wide-ranging background brings further service and support expertise to our team, ensuring we continue to meet or exceed the expectations of our customers.¡±
